MJR Stables Horses for 1/2 Leases (ON SITE ONLY)
Our 1/2 leases vary in prices, but your monthy fee is all you would pay. We cover shots, farrier and all other maintenance costs (please note: if a horse is injured while you are riding said horse, you would be responsible for 1/2 the vet bill if the vet needed to come out to the farm). Your lease would consist of use of the facility, tack (we want to be sure all saddles fit our horses properly) and 3 days per week of riding time. If you have any questions or would like to meet one of our wonderful horses please feel free to contact us.

5 yo, 14.3h Welsh Cross Gelding. Does western pleasure and english (loves to jump). Walk, trot, canter, neck reins, trail rides. Super, super COMFY!!! Owner doesn't have as much time as she would like to, so is interested in finding the perfect someone to share him with.

Owner is looking for someone to share her horse with. Lucky is an Auto/Made 16.1H Unraced TB gelding. 8 years old. Warmblood type. Auto lead changes. Has been shown sucessfully. Was schooling 4' this past summer. Hunter/Jumper/Equitation. No buck, no rear. Stands perfect for grooming, tacking, bathing. No biting, kicking out. Very sweet tempered. Very quiet, safe, sane, calm. $200.00 a month lease.
Rusty:
15.3 hand 14 year old Thoroughbred. Has been a pasture puff for 8 years. We decided to give Rusty a job and he is LOVING it :) Walk, trot, canters and is starting to jump. Amazing, beautiful and sane. $200.00 a month lease.

13 hand 9 year old Haflinger mare. Does western and english. All around great girl and non-mareish. Learning to neck rein, a blast to jump (she LOVES to jump). She is a babysitter which makes her a WONDERFUL child's pony :) But haflinger's can carry up to 250lbs, so she is also perfect for an adult!!! $200.00 a month lease.

Scout, previously Camelot feed lot pony #744 is looking for someone to lease/sponsor him. Scout use to be a pony on a pony wheel at the fairs, however, he wasn't taken care of before being sent to auction, so he foundered over and over again. He needs special supplements and his feet need to be trimmed every 2 weeks, so can you offer your love to him?? He will return it ten fold!!! ♥
